I may have stated in the past, somewhat hastily, opinions like: Flash content on the Web is always rubbish, there's never any reason to use it, and if your site uses it then I hate you.
I've now realised that these opinions were a bit extreme, though, so in the spirit of greater tolerance and understanding I'd like to amend them to something a little more moderate.
